What we collect
When you request the free 7-day reset, we save your email address, optional email-updates consent choice, and request date to record your resource request. Your download is available immediately on this website. When you take the seven-pillar assessment, we collect your first name, email address, consent choice, seven summary scores, your priority pillar, and an optional team code. We do not store your answers to individual assessment statements. Assessment progress and prior score comparisons are stored only in your own browser. When you send a coaching or church-team inquiry, we collect the information you enter in that form. We may also record website interactions such as page views, assessment starts, resource clicks, or inquiry submissions with a random browser-session identifier.
How we use it
We use submitted information to show or deliver requested assessment results, respond to inquiries, provide relevant HWL resources when you have asked to receive them, understand which website resources are useful, and improve the website. We do not sell your personal information.
Team assessments
If you use a team assessment link, the team view reports only combined scores after at least three people have participated. It does not show names, email addresses, or individual results. Team codes are included with assessment records so responses can be combined for that anonymous view.
Store purchases
Store purchases take place on the HWL Squarespace store. The free 7-day reset is also available directly on this website. Information entered there is handled under the store platform’s privacy practices and settings.
Service providers and retention
Information may be processed by providers used to host the website, operate the store, deliver email, and maintain site records. We keep information only as long as it remains useful for the purpose for which it was collected or as required for legitimate business and legal needs.
Your choices
You may ask what information we have about you, request a correction or deletion, or unsubscribe from marketing email at any time. Assessment and inquiry messages may still be sent when needed to fulfill a request you made.
